VP Commercial MEP PE

Overview

Seeking a senior leadership professional to support the expedited growth of the commercial engineering division. This individual will partner closely with President of Commercial engineering and oversee a team of directors and engineers delivering work across gaming, hospitality, healthcare, and science/laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Directors and senior engineering staff

• Support delivery across commercial MEP projects (gaming, hospitality, healthcare, labs)

• Drive client relationship management and retention

• Act as a senior escalation point for project execution and delivery quality

• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy and team scaling

• Ensure strong responsiveness, communication, and client trust

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) required

• 15–25+ years of MEP engineering experience

• Proven experience leading teams through Directors / senior managers

• Strong background in commercial MEP environments

• Experience in commercial Gaming, Hospitality, Healthcare, Labs MEP projects

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at a senior level

• Excellent communication and leadership presence

• 1-2 days per week in-office
