Our client—a nationally recognized, award-winning multidisciplinary engineering firm—is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer Project Manager to join their dynamic MEPFP team in North Carolina. This role can sit remotely in North Carolina with regular travel to the Greensboro, NC headquarters.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Manage multiple projects through all phases—from concept to construction—with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines. 
- Design Excellence: Review and contribute to construction documents, drawings, and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. 
- Field Coordination: Conduct site inspections and data collection to support design integrity and project success. 
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships through design meetings, collaboration, and peer reviews. 
- Financial Oversight: Track milestones, prepare projections, and support billing processes. 
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster team development. 
- Business Development: Partner with marketing teams on RFQs, interviews, and presentations.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) 
- 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering 
- PE license (or eligibility) in NC, SC, and VA 
- Expertise in power, lighting, data, security, and fire alarm systems 
- Experience with building or industrial/manufacturing facilities 
- Proficiency in design software (Visual, SKM) and construction documentation tools
