Duties

  • Design and layout industrial piping, pumping systems, and storage tanks for high-impact fuel infrastructure projects.

  • Conduct field inspections and gather real-time data to inform smart, efficient designs.

  • Create and update technical drawings using AutoCAD and Plant 3D.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to deliver exceptional results.

  • Keep projects on track with organized documentation, reports, and communication logs.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools to build reports, schedules, and presentations that shine.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in industrial or fuel-related systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).

  • EIT required; PE and Piping Inspector Certification are a plus.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and familiarity with BIM tools.

  • Strong understanding of piping layouts, pumping systems, and storage tanks.

  • Willingness to travel and ability to pass a military background check.

  • Experience with Department of Defense contracts is a major bonus.
